หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing retail strategy and developing the overall operational strategy of the community mall business
  • Oversee the mall performance and daily operations of community mall to ensure mall operations, profitability and customer experience and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for developments in efficiency, cost effectiveness and tenant experience for mall property
  • Maintain safe, efficient and attractive operations along ensure emergency preparedness in accordance with company regulations & guidelines
  • Contribute to the successful of mall activity and lead the team in how they contribute to the success
  • Liaise and performing active communication with all internal parties in mall in order to run smoothly mall activity in order to reach customer satisfaction

คุณสมบัติ
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management and operations from commercial retail industry
    • Proven working experience in mall/ store operations is a plus
    • Extensive knowledge of sales & marketing, retail management and financial services management
    • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
    • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in the best interests of the business
    • Work location at Esplanade Ratchadapisek
