Order Fulfillment Specialist

The role of Supply Planning Asia is necessary to manage the interface between market demand and capacity supply. As a single point of contact between Sales/brand and the Triumph production and sourcing community, we are mainly responsible for the communication with the different supply sources. We closely follow up on production status and acting as a link between demand planning/brand/sales to the supply sources. Negotiating production schedules, delivery details and shipping deadlines belongs to our daily duties. We escalating bottlenecks, possible delays, short shipments etc to our counterparts in various other departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Allocate resources, specify tasks and co-ordinate work activities
• Take necessary action and feedback to solve problems & improve performance
• Customer & service oriented to deliver accurate and precise results
• Very close communication with relevant counterparts to ensure proper order flow
• Managing order follow up on track for on time delivery
• Monitor and provide report/data of delivery status from production center to concerned parties
• Tackle ad hoc issue mainly related to garments delivery
• Monitor and process goods returns according to QC requirement
• Maintain data and provide analysis
• Opportunity to Manage the team in future to process tasks efficiently and effective

Your ideal profile:

• 7 Plus years working experience in related position in manufacturing industry is essential
• Professional in communication and convincing other parties to follow requested timelines
• Experience in the Intimate Apparel Industry linked with customer service knowledge is of advantage
