POSITION: New installation & Modernization Manager – Elevator/Escalator/Lift
LOCATION: BANGKOK
SALARY: THB 120,000 – 150,000
Job Description
  • Eexecution and management of all installation and modernisation contracts secured by the sales department.
  • Manage, execute, and liaise with our factories on delivery, product quality and non-conformances.
  • Manage, follow up and ensure timely submission of all documents, progress claims, etc required throughout the contract.
  • Manage and ensure timely collection of all certified claims and payments.
  • Manage and plan for the workforce required for projects and testing.
  • Plan and execute the Pre-hand over inspection with Maintenance & QA prior to handing over to customer/maintenance.
  • Manage and ensure all handover documents and closure forms are in order while completing the projects to the customer and the service department.
  • Implement the company safety measures and procedures at sites.
  • Ensure targets and objectives are met with consideration to profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of the company business processes and quality management system.
  • Implement training program to improve technical skill and soft skill.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical / Mechanical / Engineering / Project Management
  • Minimum related experience for 10 years in elevator / construction project engineering
  • Direct experience from escalator and elevator is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of installation methods and pre-start requirements
  • Market and customer business understanding
  • Customer relationship management skills and experience
  • Basic financial business and process management knowledge
  • Wide knowledge of construction industry contracts and their management
  • Engineering & Project management skills and experience
  • Excellent English communication skills and good at MS Office
  • A good understanding of local codes, regulations, and requirements
  • Be capable of working with and within a large team.
